Benefits of vipassana

Vipassana meditation is a safe practical method for liberation from suffering. Awareness of the active expressions of the nature of the mind allows one to see the roots of distractions.

It has been established that the combined use of perfect methods of meditation creates favorable conditions for recognizing the nature of consciousness.

Vipassana retreat is a valuable opportunity to temporarily let go of all old habits in order to open up to new and unique experiences and get to know the real you.

Our expertly facilitated retreat program combines the buddhist practices of Samatha and Vipassana meditation, with the sacred ceremonies of Ayahuasca plant medicine.

During the 7 days with the help of our Master you will be going through the whole self-transformation journey, that will lead you to become stronger, more centered and peaceful.

To support your stay and cultivate more self-awareness and mindfulness, we employ the practice of silence every day, and work with no more than 10 guests at a time to help you to immerse yourself into the meditation and clarify your practical doubts.

Throughout the days of the week, we will be having 3 Ayahuasca Ceremonies led by our Master, that will deepen your practice and give you more clarity, stability and susceptibility.

We offer a safe, supportive environment for introspection, transformation and connection.

What to expect

What to expect

During the retreat, beginners will receive detailed instructions to the practice of observing the breath and Vipassana, get acquainted with the basics of conscious living, and experienced participants will deepen their practice.

The retreat involves following a daily routine that includes a combination of periods of sitting meditation, instructions on meditation, answering questions, rest, sleep and meals.

All participants will be given schedule of the Retreat and instructions few days before the beginning.

Diet

Diet

During the retreat we are going to follow Ayahuasca diet to support our bodies in the whole process.

Cost of participation

The cost of participation in the retreat consists of two parts:

1 - Organisational fee of $60/day - to cover the basic price of accommodation and food for the participant.

* This price may vary depending on the number of participants.

2 — Donation — for the retreat program itself.

It is important for Vipassana to be offered for donation, and not provided to generate private financial gain. This is the purest and most karmically beneficial path. The donation aspect allows both the organizers and the participants to show pure and sublime intentions.

As participants in the retreat, there is the opportunity to touch knowledge without a consumerist expectation. As only the basic costs have been covered, going into the retreat the expectation of input from the organizers is only to provide this basic service, and then the exchange is equalised. Whatever occurs above that is at the discretion of the participant. It means that you yourself, based on the results of the retreat, have the right to evaluate how valuable the experience was for you and show adequate generosity for yourself so as not to devalue your experience.

There will be opportunity for you to make whatever donation you feel moved to give at the end of the retreat.

If you have specific questions you can reach us by WhatsApp: +1 (747) 367 9049.

Reviews

Yulia Kondyreva
Shamanic healer and retreat organizer in Sacred Valley, Peru.

This year I did Vipassana retreat with Vajra center for the first time in my life. The retreat was majestic, as I like, in a beautiful place, in nature.

Facilitators create a wonderful, pure space of healing, spiritual growth and liberation. I really liked the effect: Vipassana seemed to build me vertically, there was strength and clarity of action, internal bargaining went away, discipline appeared. The ceremony with Plant Medicine in complete silence as a continuation of the Vipassana practice surprised and transformed me. I wholeheartedly recommend Vajra Center, Master and the space they draw.

I participated in the 3 days Vipassana retreat with Vajra Center this year. Powerful practice, simple and deep explanation of the practice from the Master. I had a wide experience in Tantra practice and I highly recommend Master of Vajra Center- Mikhail Vir. Intensive and deep work in a safe, supportive atmosphere. Clear, pure space and excellent organization. I am going to the next 7 days retreat and recommend it to everyone who is looking for a deep and effective practice.
