Himalayan meditations

Mindfulness is the state of being fully present in the present moment. In many religious directions and esoteric schools awareness is seen as an integral part of spiritual development. To develop awareness in various spiritual traditions, special meditation techniques have been developed, which are based on attention to one's body, emotions, feelings and thoughts.

By performing these techniques, practitioners become more alert to themselves and the world around them and subsequently the state of awareness can spread to their daily activities.
